Order Shipping Methods

UPS DHL USPS

We ship with a combination of UPS, DHL, and USPS for domestic and international orders. Here is a brief description of each shipping service we offer.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Service Tracking Transit time Cost Included insurance
USPS Ground Advantage Yes 3–7 days Low $100
USPS Priority Mail Yes 2–3 days Medium $100
USPS Priority Mail Express Yes 1–3 days* High $100
UPS Ground Yes 1–7 days Low $100
UPS 2nd Day Yes 2 days Medium $100
UPS Next Day Yes 1 day High $100
  • PO Box addresses are only deliverable by USPS.
  • Transit times vary based on daily operations at USPS and are not guaranteed by USPS — except for the Priority Mail Express service.
  • *USPS offers a guaranteed delivery date for Priority Mail Express service. This date is determined by USPS after they receive the package; you will find it on the USPS tracking page for the package. If USPS does not deliver by this date, you are eligible for a service failure refund from USPS. Note: refunds are not issued for items shipped during the USPS holiday no-refund window (Dec 22–25).
  • UPS does not deliver on Sundays — and for UPS air services (Next Day and 2nd Day), Saturday is not a delivery day either: UPS's Saturday air delivery is a paid surcharge option that our website shipping rates do not include. A Next Day order shipped on Friday is scheduled to arrive on Monday, and a 2nd Day order shipped on Thursday arrives Monday. Residential UPS Ground is the exception: Saturday is a regular delivery day in many US metro areas at no extra charge.
  • UPS guarantees the scheduled delivery date for its Next Day Air services — but that guarantee excludes delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other conditions outside UPS's control, and shipping charges are not refunded for weather-related delays (see the UPS Service Guarantee).
  • UPS has currently suspended its money-back guarantee for its other services, including 2nd Day Air and Ground — their transit times are dependable targets, not guaranteed dates. Severe weather can extend the transit time of any service.

For countries outside that list, do not expect to be able to track the package.

Countries we ship duty-paid

Most orders to the countries listed below, when shipped with our standard international service — shown as "First Class Package International" in the cart, usually also the least expensive option — are sent duty-paid: import duties and taxes are typically settled by us and our shipping partner, so in most cases there is nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Australia · Austria · Belgium · Bulgaria · Canada · Colombia · Croatia · Cyprus · Czech Republic · Denmark · Estonia · Finland · France · Germany · Greece · Hong Kong · Hungary · Indonesia · Ireland · Italy · Latvia · Lithuania · Luxembourg · Malaysia · Malta · Mexico · Netherlands · New Zealand · Philippines · Poland · Portugal · Romania · Singapore · Slovakia · Slovenia · Spain · Sweden · Taiwan · Thailand · United Kingdom

We can't guarantee duty-paid handling on every shipment. A small number of addresses (such as PO boxes and some remote areas) and occasional carrier disruptions mean an order may ship with the standard duty-unpaid postal service instead, at the same shipping price — in that case your country's usual import charges may apply at delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.

Duty-paid shipping applies only to the standard international service. Faster options (Priority Mail International, DHL, UPS) do not include duties or taxes — your country may collect those, plus a carrier processing fee, at delivery. If total cost matters more than speed, the standard service is usually the best choice on both counts.

Everywhere else

For all other international destinations, your country may charge import duties, taxes, and carrier fees at delivery; these are the recipient's responsibility. We don't collect duties or taxes at checkout.
